How do I upload a file for analysis?

Go to File Upload and drag a file or click to browse. Both authenticated and anonymous uploads are supported. Authenticated users get richer results and history tracking.

What do the trust score and verdict mean?

The trust score (0-100) reflects overall file safety based on multiple signals: malware detection, code signing, vendor reputation, licensing, and behavioral analysis. Verdicts are Low Risk (score 80+), Medium Risk (50-79), or High Risk (below 50).

How do I invite team members?

Admins can invite users from the Team page. Enter their email address and select a role. They will receive an email invitation.

How do I set up endpoint agents?

Visit the Agent Guide for installation instructions. Create an enrollment code on the Agents page, then install and enroll the agent on your endpoints.

How do I connect integrations?

Go to Settings and open the Integrations tab. You can connect your own API keys for threat intelligence enrichment and configure webhook notifications.
